Delivery & Return
Delivery
Most of our products are made to order and we aim to deliver within 2 – 3 weeks. This may be extended in exceptionally busy times.
FREE Standard delivery to any address within the UK mainland – For deliveries outside of the UK mainland (UK Highlands and Islands and rest of the world) – we will contact you to discuss a shipping price.
Returns
Returns only accepted for faulty goods as they are made to order. If there is an error on our part we will happily cover the return cost, otherwise we will accept the return but the buyer must cover the cost.
Any orders received damaged must be reported within 48 hours along with photographic evidence so we can forward this on to our couriers.
